Hi, I’m Elle Percy —the heart behind Eat Prety. I’m a Functional Nutritionist with a passion for gut health, balanced hormones, and helping women feel empowered in their own bodies.
Before I was diving into probiotics and hormone pathways, I was in leotards and coaching gear. I grew up as an athlete and spent years as a dance and gymnastics coach. Movement, discipline, and performance were my world—and I loved watching others discover what their bodies were capable of. That same passion drives the work I do now, just with a different focus: helping you feel strong, vibrant, and in tune with your health from the inside out.
My journey into nutrition began when I realized how deeply our gut and hormones affect not just our physical health—but our mood, energy, skin, digestion, confidence, and more. I saw it in myself, and I see it every day in the women I work with. And the best part? You don’t have to give up the foods you love or obsess over every bite. Wellness can feel good. Even fun. That’s what Eat Prety is all about.
So whether you’re navigating bloating, burnout, hormone imbalances, or just craving a more joyful approach to wellness—you're in the right place. I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, nourish it beautifully, and build sustainable habits that support your glow.
Let’s eat pretty, live vibrantly, and feel amazing—together.

Both nutritionists and dietitians work to improve health through food, but their approaches and areas of focus can differ.
Dietitians
A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a licensed healthcare professional trained to work in clinical settings. They often:
Create meal plans for medical conditions like diabetes or heart disease
Work in hospitals, nursing homes, or with medical teams
Use standardized guidelines to manage symptoms and diseases
They’re especially helpful when someone needs medical nutrition therapy or support within a conventional healthcare model.
Nutritionists
The title “Nutritionist” can refer to a range of professionals. While it's not always a regulated term, many (like myself) are certified in specific approaches such as functional or holistic nutrition.
As a functional nutritionist, I focus on:
Finding and addressing the root cause of symptoms and concerns (like auto-immune disorders, fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, bloating, infertility)
Supporting gut health, digestion, and overall balance
Creating personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness
Helping you reconnect with your body and feel empowered around food
Think of it this way: If dietitians help manage symptoms with structured diets, functional nutritionists help uncover why the symptoms are happening in the first place—and guide you toward lasting, foundational change.

Yes, I can! I review bloodwork and other lab results through a functional lens, which means I look at optimal ranges—not just the pathological ones doctors typically use to diagnose disease. Functional ranges help identify imbalances earlier, often before they progress into chronic conditions.
In addition to standard labs, I can also assist in interpreting hormone panels and other specialized tests. I’ll help you understand what your numbers really mean, and when needed, I can guide you on exactly which tests to request from your doctor or refer you to a trusted specialist. As a nutritionist, I take a deeper, more comprehensive approach—looking at patterns and connections that might otherwise be overlooked in conventional care.

At this time, my services will be charged out-of-pocket. However, I do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, which can be a great way to use pre-tax dollars toward your wellness care. I recommend checking with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm your plan’s eligibility for nutrition and wellness services.

Yes, absolutely. I often work with clients who have been diagnosed with various conditions and are under the care of a physician or specialist. My role is to complement your practitioner’s guidance by offering personalized nutrition and lifestyle support that can help optimize your health outcomes. Together, we’ll focus on root causes, support your body’s healing processes, and create sustainable strategies tailored to your unique needs.
-
Yes, I do! My practice is all-inclusive and open to anyone committed to improving their health and well-being. I work with men to help them reach their peak state, whether that means optimizing energy, digestion, mental clarity, or hormone balance. If needed, we can specifically focus on supporting healthy testosterone levels through targeted nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and functional testing. Your goals and bio-individual needs will guide our approach every step of the way.

Some clients begin to notice improvements within the first week of coaching, especially when small, targeted changes are implemented right away. That said, the timeline for results depends on several factors—including the complexity of your health concerns, where you are in your wellness journey, and how committed you are to making consistent changes. My goal is to guide you with realistic, sustainable steps that build momentum and support lasting transformation.

If you've enrolled in the 1:1 Root to Rise coaching series, we’ll meet once a week for dedicated sessions. Each package contains 4 sessions and is billed monthly. In addition to our weekly calls, you'll also receive support and reminders throughout the week to help you stay on track and feel fully supported between sessions. This structure is designed to provide both consistency and flexibility as we work toward your goals.

Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours in advance. Any changes made after that window will result in the session being counted. Cancellations are non-refundable. I value your time and mine, this policy helps ensure consistency and commitment throughout your coaching journey.
